User Policy

User Policy of Kaizushi's Little Onion Server This is not a KLOS policy contract. This agreement is subject to change at any time unless you have another PGP clearsigned policy contract. This is the applicable contract at the current time without other agreement for all people with system access at KLOS. There are certain benefits and responsibilities to this user policy, and they exist as a philosophy in the mind of the owner of KLOS. One has to consider what as owner one is willing to endorse and uphold. The user policy reflects these views. It also implies in a user a certain level of privilege through a philosophy of self-ownership wherein users are responsible for themselves. With a policy of owner responsibility for keeping content within set rules, resting on a philosophy of moral permissibility. Further, user self-ownership permits that all users have a system which can propagate their ideas. Users which this system cannot accomadate must be migrated to larger services. Service for those who obey rules is a privilege. Initial clauses: content exists on the server according to certain rules, content can be purged from the server if it breaks rules, and this content on the server is perodically checked for compliance with rules. Access to certain areas of interactive sites must be created for content to be checked. User bond policy: a user facing content violation, in which it is a one off occurance of such a violation, that the content was user created, and that prevention of further content violations can be adequately implemented - a user bond can posted at an amount set by the administrator. This will allow sites to continue to operate, with a bond paid back after a certain amount of time. The amount of time like the amount of currency is set by adminstrators offering the bond. One should consider being on the clearnet through our servers a privilege not a right. We do not like 'armed' politics. These kind of sites which sponsor political and terrorist groups which are militant and violent are not permitted. Such sites will be reported to the authorities and shut down. Accounts can be terminated however for any reason at the discretion of the owner. However we do not wish to do that. You should consider that you have the right to creativity and free expression on these servers. The user policy can be updated at any time. One should consider the user policy as accepted if you keep using the service when it changes. The latest user policy on the site is the applicable policy to your account. We do not do refunds however we can suspend accounts. For example if you own twelve months, have used three, you can have your account suspended where everything is disabled until you use your nine remaining months. We may delete certain redundant and unneeded data to save space on our system. A massive log is an example, if has grown too big to be compressed. It is the responsibility of users to roll logs and make sure they do not grow too big. Logs are usually kept in your home directory. You may get an account back with the post of a user bond. You can negotiate for one. It is a sum of money, decided by the administrator handling your account, which is held for a peroid of time also the administrators decision. This sum is paid back after that period, if there is good behavior. Further violations could also lose the bond, but you get your account back. Popularity of a site is decided by administrators, but can be expected to be substantial before migration to bigger servers is proposed. Execution of scripts and running interactive content is expected to have reasonable resource allocation. It is expected that users get a decent allocation of *****U time for scripting and application execution. Users should expect that they can run interactive content on the server. Database capacity for users is offers to provide for decently sized sites. If the database exceeds 250GB it is a sign that migration to other servers for the account is needed. We can however offer significant database space. Additional databases can be created along with users of varying permissions on a regular basis. Agreement with the user policy comes with the purchase of any goods and services from Kaizushi's Little Onion Server. Agreement means you accept this document and its interpretation by our administrators. Terms can change at any time the owner decides to do so. However, stability of contract is promised and these terms and conditions may remain the same for some time. The policy can be updated at any time however one can buy a policy contract. This contract gives you a policy, perhaps even a custom policy, which you can abide and have assurance will not change. These policy contracts are priced depending on the size of your organization. Policy contracts may also be given to individuals. Merit of the purpose is the basis on which contracts are awarded.
