I cook a delicious onion stew, without any chilli peppers.

I implied no connection between Tor Taxi and the Kilos exit scamI just saw an article on Darknetpedia about my onion jam of Tor Taxi which I did after losing money to Kilos. I ended up using Kilos because their link was listed on Tor Taxi, and after realising I had lost my money to Kilos I emailed Tor Taxi. Tor Taxi ignored my email and after 24 hours with no response I jammed their onion. If you want a job done sometimes you have to do it yourself. Tor Taxi was likely not involved in the Kilos exit scam, but in ignoring my email I realised they are a lazy operator and to jam their onion to let people know, so less people lose money. There is no direct conspiracy between the two entities, I just think that Tor Taxi is ran by a lazy bastard who doesn't do the due dilligence a service as popular as his deserves. I am tired of coincidental things being connected illogically, and the whole Darknet news space these days is rife with conspiracy theories. People really need to learn to rely on their own logic, and not give entities like Tor Taxi, Dread, or even myself authority over what is trusted or not. Doubt everything you see and always have a plan for the worst contingiency. My issue with Tor Taxi is that they clearly were not paying attention, and do not even care to check their emails. I did what I did to take action because they would not, it was as simple as that. If Tor Taxi had of read my email and pointed out the exit scam I would have never done what I did. I recommend that when Dread comes back to contact all of your friends to establish alternate means of keeping in touch without it. The masses of the Darknet have foolishly let it become a defacto monopoly and whenever it is gone terrible things happen. Footnote: If Tor Taxi even grasped the basic issues of cryptographic trust in regard to their own self-interest, I would not have had those onion keys and been able to do what I did. I in fact had not hosted the onion I had jammed for about a year, and they spent that entire time at risk of me jamming their onion. They are too lazy even to protect their own interests, let alone any of yours. |
